Sandbox Privacy Notice

We process account and workspace identifiers, verified contact details supplied through our identity provider, privacy-conscious page and product usage events, sandbox activity and configuration, security and request logs, basic device/browser information, and feedback you choose to submit. We do not put wallet secrets, card details, API credentials, or financial payloads into analytics events. Do not enter wallet seed phrases, private keys, or unnecessary personal information.

We use this information to authenticate users, isolate customer workspaces, provide and secure the sandbox, investigate errors or abuse, support testers, and improve the product. We do not sell sandbox personal information.

Authorized infrastructure, authentication, storage, monitoring, and test-payment providers may process information for us. We retain beta records while needed for testing, security, support, and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them according to operational policy.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible account information, or leave the beta, by emailing privacy@solpay.cash. Some security and audit records may be retained where required. Privacy rights vary by location.

We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a sandbox, but no system is risk-free. Report suspected exposure to security@solpay.cash.
