The beta is closely supported by the SolPay team. Send enough context to reproduce a problem, but never send secrets.

Use the Feedback button inside the dashboard for bugs, questions, and product suggestions. It safely includes the current sandbox page and basic browser context. For account access problems, email support@solpay.cash.
What to include
Include what you were trying to do, what happened, what you expected, the approximate time, and any on-screen request ID. Screenshots should be checked for API keys, wallet information, email addresses, and other sensitive data before sending.
Security reports
Do not put vulnerability details in product feedback. Email security@solpay.cash with a concise reproduction. Do not access other organizations’ data, move real value, disrupt availability, or publicly disclose an unresolved issue.
Service expectations
This is an early sandbox without a production uptime commitment. We prioritize account-access, cross-tenant, credential-exposure, and data-integrity issues. Product questions and feature feedback are handled on a best-effort basis.
